Greetings DTBA Members! Please take a moment to review the latest issue of the “TERRITORY BUFFALO NEWS”. The spring issue celebrates the success of the Winter Conference this past February, featuring the support of all our wonderful sponsors and congratulating the winners of the 2020 Black Hills Buffalo Classic. You will also find a review of Marsha Goetting’s extremely popular talk on Legacy Planning at the winter conference, including a summary of everyone’s “Legacy” responses. A huge THANK YOU! to everyone who worked so hard to make the 2020 Winter Conference and Black Hills Buffalo Classic Show & Sale such a success.

On pages 8 & 9 of the newsletter, please note our request for feedback on the proposed merger between the Dakota Territory Buffalo Association and the North Dakota Buffalo Association, an issue which was heavily discussed in February. We really want to hear from every one of our members on this important issue.

As always, please send us your great buffalo photos and stories and we will share them in the newsletter. Though it’s early, we would also encourage everyone to remember to renew their memberships before the end of the year. Our membership is what makes the DTBA such a strong and unique organization.

We hope spring calving has been productive, and summer brings rain and lots of grass.
